Symposium Metal + Textile = ? | Zürich, CH, with Miko Künzli, 1980
A symposium in Zurich Switzerland, focusing on free experimentation with metal and textile.
Liaising closely with textile artist Miko Künzli, we focused on identifying touchpoints for the materials’ individual characteristics. We chose square metal mesh and soft textile netting, each piece of material equally sized.
All the works, either hanging from ceiling to floor, stretched in a square frame or based on a table, undergo a vice-versa interaction.
